We have over twenty years of experience, and our telephone help line gives immediate access to knowledgeable engineers who are familiar with all aspects of using both pumps and chemical products. We do not use automated telephone systems or call centres.
We provide ongoing technical support and training in the use of descaling and power flushing pumps, and group training sessions are regularly held for larger customers.
Customers range from plumbers to power stations, and vary from single person companies up to multi-nationals. Whilst we value all customers, more than 30% of the UK's top 100 companies or subsidiaries are customers, and most of the national Building Services groups use Kamco pumps and chemicals.

GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
Pumps and equipment have a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour. We hold extensive stocks of all spares and accessories in a well-equipped workshop staffed by experienced engineers, and an 'instant fix' service at our works is available (by arrangement) if required.
Every purchaser of a Kamco power flushing pump is entitled to a free of charge training session at our works. For qualified, knowledgeable heating engineers this takes approximately five hours and ensures that engineers can confidently power flush heating systems and obtain the best results.
