Quick dissolving food grade descaling chemical for safe and effective descaling of kettles, boilers, vending and catering machines.

Biodegradable crystals for solution in water. Very safe to handle and store. Removes limescale deposits from equipment used for food preparation and catering. Non fuming and non toxic.

Safe to use with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, brass, aluminium and most plastics.

APPLICATION & USAGE:

Fill equipment to be descaled with fresh water, to just above the level of scale incrustation.

Add SCALEBREAKER CG to the water at a ratio of 50 gm per litre of water. Wait until effervescence stops. Add more crystals if some scale is still present.

In the case of kettles and boilers, the descaling will be much quicker if the water is first brought almost to boiling point before adding the SCALEBREAKER CG. Empty the descaled equipment and refill with clean water, bring to the boil if practicable, empty, and rinse thoroughly.

Note: A greater concentration of SCALEBREAKER CG may be used to reduce overall descaling time.

CAUTION: Keep away from children. These crystals are a mild acid and gloves and goggles should be worn when handling. Splashes of solution into the eye should be irrigated with clean fresh water.
