DISSOLVES,
LOOSENS AND MOBILISES CORROSION DEPOSITS, IRON OXIDES & SLUDGE
RESTORES CIRCULATION TO COLD RADIATORS
NO NEED TO REMOVE RADIATORS
CLEANS DURING NORMAL OPERATION
HYPER-FLUSH is
the non-acid flushing liquid with extra solvency
power to take debris into suspension for easy removal
by power flushing. It penetrates,
loosens and dissolves rust, sludge, corrosion and
light scale deposits during normal operation of the
system, without formation of particulate matter to
cause blockages and damage pumps. HYPER-FLUSH is
non-corrosive and works at a near neutral pH, enabling
it to be used on older systems showing signs of severe
neglect, or which may be in too poor a condition
for use of Power
Flush FX2 liquid.
HYPER-FLUSH
should also be used on systems which have aluminium
radiators, or boilers with
aluminium heat exchangers. It may be used
with all metals commonly used in heating systems
and does not cause deterioration of non-metallic
components.
HYPER-FLUSH
can even loosen complete blockages and is, therefore,
also an excellent pre-treatment for systems with
radiators having no flow as a result of heavy sludge build
up. There is no "gassing" during cleaning, and
no need to bleed radiators during the process.
Self neutralising and passivating properties remove the
need for further flushing procedures after use,
and metal surfaces are left clean and corrosion free.
Application & usage:
One
litre of HYPER-FLUSH is sufficient to treat
a typical central heating system of 100 litres capacity
(approx. 10 radiators). HYPER-FLUSH is best added to
a heating system between two and fourteen days prior
to power flushing, with normal operation of the heating
system during this time.
HYPER-FLUSH
should be added to the feed and expansion tank
after isolating the water supply and draining off 15
litres (3 gallons) of water. Allow the system to refill.
Alternatively, a SYSTEMSURE
Injector may
be used to inject HYPER-FLUSH directly into
a radiator through the air bleed valve.
If
pre-treatment is not possible, add HYPER-FLUSH
to system and allow to circulate for at least one
hour before commencing power flushing.
With
all radiator and zone valves wide open, use the CLEARFLOW® pump to
mobilise and relatively loose debris and corrosion
deposits, and then purge them from the system
through the dump valve. Close the dump valve
and restore circulation through the CLEARFLOW® and
heating system.
Close
radiator valves on all but one radiator, allowing
full flow through this radiator for 5 minutes.
Repeat for all other radiators and change CLEARFLOW® pump
to dumping mode. Continue dumping until waste
water is absolutely clear.
Once
waste water runs clear, power flushing is completed.
There is no need to add NEUTRALISING
CRYSTALS when using HYPER-FLUSH.
To
prevent future corrosion of system, add SYSTEMSAFE-DM scale
and corrosion inhibitor to CLEARFLOW® tank
and circulate through system for a further 2
minutes before disconnection. Use one litre per
100 litres system water content, or 1% dosage
rate by volume.
