Conditions of Guarantee for power flushing and descaling pumps:

This pump is guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, and will be validated by the completion and return of the coupon above. Should defects due to faulty material or workmanship develop within 12 months the Company will repair, or at its own option replace, any defective mechanical or electrical part thereof, if the pump is returned, carriage paid to the Company, providing:-

• The fault is reported directly to KAMCO.
• The fault is not caused by misuse, or neglect, such as running the unit dry, careless handling, or connection to an unsuitable mains supply.
• The failure has not occurred through fair wear and tear.

The following items are NOT covered by the warranty:-

1. Physical damage occurring to the pump after purchase.
2. Damage caused by freezing.
3. Damage caused by running the pump at sustained temperatures above 75°C.
4. Defects arising from incorrect installation, the use with water containing debris or material not normally found within heating systems, or with chemicals other than water based ones.
5. The cost of removing, returning, and refitting the Clearflow pump, or any secondary losses arising from the failure.

In the event that a pump is returned for a performance check at the customer’s request in the guarantee period, and no fault or performance problem is found, then the customer will be liable for carriage costs, both for uplifting the pump, and for returning it.

THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE INVALIDATED IF THE PUMP HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH,
MODIFIED, OR BEEN DISMANTLED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN KAMCO.
